Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Monster Recruitor. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Fees and Charges

• We charge 8.33% of the annual CTC (Cost to Company) of the candidate's salary.

Replacement Policy

• If a candidate resigns within 90 days from their date of joining, we will provide a credit note that will be adjusted against the current invoice.
• We will also provide a new candidate as a replacement, valid for up to two replacements.
• If the company terminates the candidate due to performance issues, we will not be liable to provide a free replacement.

Invoicing and Payment

• Invoices will be generated on the last day of every month.
• Payment should be made within 15 days after the invoice is generated.
• Payments must be made to the company's account via NEFT or cheque.

Candidate Registration Fee

• If the company does not agree to pay for the candidates, we will charge a registration fee from the candidates.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• No changes can be made to these Terms & Conditions without the agreement of both parties.
• Any amendments will be confirmed in writing by both parties if needed.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Allahabad.
